Role Overview
Location: On-site in Budapest, HU
We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and people-savvy Culture & Ops Manager to support the CEO, leadership team, and the daily life and work of the Allonic team. This is a broad, high-trust role at the heart of a company in its earliest stages: you’ll act as a culture builder and generalist fixer, helping us create an environment where the team can thrive – ensuring people feel supported, communication and operations flow well, and the company remains a welcoming, organized, and energizing place to work.
You’ll be the connective tissue across the organization: helping onboard new team members, supporting team logistics, coordinating events and gatherings, and keeping a close pulse on how people are doing. When something needs smoothing, organizing, or quietly fixing, you’re the person who notices and takes care of it. You take pride in the small things that make a big difference – the details that help teams feel supported and able to focus on great work.
You will also support the operational backbone of the company: assisting with executive workflows, coordinating schedules and travel, organizing events, managing suppliers and office logistics, and ensuring the workspace runs smoothly day to day.
If you’re a high-energy person who naturally keeps things organized, cares deeply about people, and enjoys making everything around you run a little better – this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Help cultivate a positive, welcoming, and productive work environment where people feel supported and able to do their best work.
- Support team wellbeing and coordination: onboarding, internal communication, team logistics, and company events.
- Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership team: assist in scheduling, inbound processing and external communications, and facilitate decision-making
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and leadership logistics with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Own core office operations: manage supplies, vendors, deliveries, and ensure the workspace runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with Team Leads on purchasing, inventory control, and day-to-day management.
- Help the company stay organized and efficient by building and improving operational processes.
