UX Designer

Role Overview

  • Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive experiences and interaction flows.
  • Conduct and analyze user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Affinity Studio
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and visual designers to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
  • Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX standards.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and usability principles.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience working with agile or product-driven development teams.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to articulate design rationale clearly.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with UX metrics, data analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Experience in motion design, information architecture, or UX writing.
  • Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or mobile app design.
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Personal Attributes

  • Empathetic, analytical, and curious about user behavior.
  • Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture.
  • Hands-on collaborative who values feedback and iteration.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong ownership of outcomes.
