Brand Manager

Role Overview

Location: On-site in Budapest, HU

As Brand Manager you’ll own and shape the language, tone, and messaging of our brand across channels. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and measurable impact. Your work on marketing initiatives will directly support company growth and brand awareness.

As a high intensity, early-stage company. You’ll play a central role in discovering and codifying our brand voice—working closely with founders and engineers to understand the technology, the vision, and the values behind it, and translating that into clear, confident, and consistent communication.

What You’ll Do

Brand & Messaging
  • Refine and own the brand image, tone, and messaging across all external communications.
  • Help founders translate complex robotics and engineering concepts into clear, engaging language.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across platforms, campaigns, and materials.
Social Media Management
  • Own and manage social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Instagram).
  • Plan and execute a content calendar aligned with company milestones (hiring, fundraising, product progress, media coverage).
  • Write, publish, and iterate on posts based on performance and engagement.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and opportunities relevant to robotics, deep tech, and startups.
Content Creation
  • Create and edit written content: posts, short articles, announcements, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with engineers and founders to capture stories from ongoing technical work.
  • Support light visual content creation or coordinate with designers and contractors  where needed.
  • Assist with press materials, blog posts, and launch-related communications.
Collaboration & Growth
  • Work closely with founders to align marketing with company strategy.
  • Support hiring campaigns, partnerships, and investor-facing communications.
  • Track performance metrics and adapt content strategy accordingly.

What You Bring

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or media roles.
  • English language excellence in written and verbal communication
  • Proven experience managing social media for a brand or company.
  • Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of tone, clarity, and narrative.
  • Ability to simplify and communicate complex or technical topics.

Bonus Points

  • Experience working in startups, tech, or fast-moving environments.
  • Familiarity with content analytics and performance tracking.
  • Basic visual content skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar).
  • Experience working with press, announcements, or product launches.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
